From Illness to a Life Devoted to Healing
My work began through my own search for healing.
As a teenager I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and struggled with chronic illness that conventional treatments were unable to resolve. That experience forced me to ask deeper questions about how the body truly restores itself.
Over time I discovered that the body possesses an extraordinary capacity to regenerate when its underlying systems—structure, breath, circulation, and the nervous system—are brought back into balance.
That discovery became the foundation of my life’s work.
For more than three decades I have studied and practiced a wide range of disciplines including fascia therapy, breathwork, mobility training, nervous system regulation, detoxification, and integrative natural health.
Through years of practice and working with clients, these insights gradually evolved into a structured approach I now call the Embodied Longevity Method™.
